The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist and information cannot be disclosed without written permission. Certain extenuating circumstances are considered exemptions to this privacy.
Exemptions
When a client is in immediate danger to oneself or another and is threatening serious bodily harm. When a client has been harmed or suspects child, dependent adult or elder abuse. By law, additional measures will be taken without the client’s consent to ensure safety.

Mindful Integrated Therapy, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. When accessing the website, information about you will be gathered through voluntary actions when contacting us. Please read the Privacy Policy before submitting your personal information and confirm that you agree to the Terms of Use and abide by this Privacy Policy. We protect your data through multiple methods including firewall, software updates, and internal services to protect your personal information.

Similar to other websites, Mindful Integrated Therapy, LLC utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” to collect information about how our site is used. If you leave a comment on our site, your name, phone number, email address, date and time of contact will be saved in our cookies for one year.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have left a comment, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we acquired about you, including any data you have provided to us.
